Dit bevestigt de eigenaar, Mirosław Szczepanik, aan Omroep Brabant. De winkel in Tilburg opende in 2021 aan de Spoorlaan en is daarmee de tweede Poolse supermarkt in de stad. De winkel in Beverwijk bestaat al sinds 2014. Beide supermarkten staan bekend om hun uitgebreid assortiment aan Poolse producten. Szczepanik nam de winkel in Tilburg over van de oorspronkelijke eigenaar, die de winkel om gezondheidsredenen moest sluiten. Hij is van plan om de winkel in Tilburg verder uit te breiden en nieuwe producten aan het assortiment toe te voegen. Szczepanik verwacht dat de overname van de winkel in Tilburg een positieve impact zal hebben op de Poolse gemeenschap in de stad. “Er wonen veel Polen in Tilburg, maar er was nog geen goede Poolse supermarkt.
